Title: Baked Stuffed Prunes
Categories: Fruit Pork Olives
Yield: 4 Servings

  Steam large prunes until
  Tender but firm. Remove
  Pits and fill each
  With a small stoned or
  Stuffed olive. Wrap each
  Prune in a thin slice
  Bacon. Arrange on a rack in
  Baking pan with the end of
  The bacon
  Under the prune to hold it
  In place. Bake in a hot
  Oven (400F) for
  About 10 minutes or until
  The bacon is crisp. Serve
  On small squares or
  Round of lightly toasted
  Bread
